They are growing rapidly and are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their busy People & Talent team. You will partner with the commercial and marketing teams across the business, proactively recruiting the best talent and identifying ways of attracting candidates. This role is ideal for anyone who enjoys a pacey environment where priorities can change regularly! You might be an inhouse recruiter now looking to own your business area or an agency recruiter looking to move inhouse.
 
What you would be doing:

  • Managing the full recruitment life cycle from job posting, candidate selection, telephone interviews, sending out assessment, arranging interviews with hiring managers to offer management.
  • Partnering with the business leads across sales and marketing to assess recruitment needs.
  • Regular liaison with the People and Talent Team business partners to identify recruitment challenges and ensure smooth onboarding process.
  • Ensuring that the recruitment process is adhered to using the ATS system and that it is accurate and up to date.
  • Ensuring positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and keeping them updated throughout the recruitment process.
  • Posting vacancies on the university job boards, LinkedIn, various job boards and sharing on social media.
  • Updating the weekly recruitment reports and other recruitment metrics.
  • Keeping up to date with recruitment trends in the industry

What we are looking for:

  • Educated to a degree level
  • Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience either in an agency or in-house, in a fast paced, deadline orientated environment
  • Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential to this role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with candidates’ right through to close of offer.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience using an ATS system and solid MS Office skills.
