HR Heads Charity Partner 2026
Each year, HR Heads and the wider Heads Resourcing Group select a charity partner to support through a programme of fundraising activity. This year, we are proud to partner with Mountbatten Hampshire.
This partnership is especially meaningful to us. Mountbatten provided compassionate, end of life care to our colleague Nadia’s father, offering vital support to both him and his family during an incredibly difficult time. Their care had a profound impact, and we are honoured to give something back.
Families often say that when they first connect with Mountbatten, they feel a sense of relief. Knowing they are not facing illness, care or grief alone brings real comfort at an otherwise overwhelming time.
