During her course, she spent a year in the HR department, reporting to the HR Director at Shell UK, gaining invaluable industry experience. With over 20 years of multi-sector experience in permanent, contract recruitment, and executive search, Rosie has a proven track record of success.

Rosie led the internal talent acquisition team at Britvic Softdrinks and has specialised in HR recruitment for the past 10 years. She expertly recruits for positions such as HR Directors, Heads of HR, HR Managers, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition and Management, Learning and Development, Reward/Compensation and Benefits, Organisational Design, Employee Engagement/Culture Ambassadors, Employee Relations Specialists, and D&I Specialists.

Aisha Barnes is a Senior Consultant at HR Heads, specialising in recruitment for the Financial & Professional Services sectors. With over 7 years of experience recruiting in various industries, she is renowned for her ability to connect high-calibre professionals with leading organisations. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography with International Relations as well as Masters Degree in Education which give her unique insight into Business Operations & Learning & Development.

At HR Heads, Aisha manages recruitment process for clients in the Fintech, Legal, Accounting, Banking & Wealth Management areas, using her relationship building and candidate network to match the right candidates for each position. Jennifer Gaster is the Founder of HR Heads Ltd, a boutique consultancy specialising in the recruitment of senior HR professionals. With over 20 years of experience, Jen has a strong educational background with degrees from the University of Cambridge (M.Phil Criminology) and Birmingham City University (BA Hons Business). She is highly skilled in HR recruitment, executive search, and industry expertise. Since its foundation, HR Heads achieved significant year-on-year growth, leading to the expansion of Heads Resourcing Group in 2012 to incorporate sister brands Procurement Heads and Executive Heads.  Jen specialises in recruiting interim and fractional HR talent roles including, Chief People Officer, HR Director, Head of HR, Reward, Wellbeing, OD, L&D, Change & Transformation, Business Partner and HR Manager.  Aside from continuing to grow the business, Jen is a qualified Coach, she is involved actively in guest speaking, thought leadership and the wider development of the recruitment industry.
