Lead well tomorrow; discover how to coach today

For the past two weeks, senior HR professionals in some of the South’s leading businesses have been grappling with some self-searching questions that have little to do with employee engagement, reward or talent attraction. They have been completing their complementary, Do-Zen psychometric profiling tests in advance of our next leadership forum which takes place tomorrow in Crawley.

In recognition of the fact that today’s leaders must coach, HR Heads, in conjunction with David Chapman of Practical Coach Training and the employment law team at DMH Stallard, are delighted to be hosting the next in a series of leadership events. Delivered by David, who combines practical expertise as a much in-demand trainer and executive coach, with an academic background in executive coaching, emotional intelligence and positive psychology, tomorrows interactive session promises to be an enjoyable and informative way for HR Leaders to meet and share ideas with their peers. Participants will also take away valuable knowledge that enables further development of their leadership and coaching skills.

The fun begins at 8.30am at the DMH Stallard offices in Crawley and will finish at 11.00am.
