Jen Gaster, Founder & Director of HR Heads is responsible for recruiting senior HR roles across Financial & Professional Services, Industrial and Public Sector practices.
Rosie Jenkins, Head of Practice - Consumer, specialises in recruiting HR roles across the retail, FMCG, technology, media and leisure sector. She also supports in the Industrial and Public Sector practices.
Both Jen and Rosie are highly experienced Recruitment Consultants who manage the entire HR recruitment process for leading brands across the UK and Europe.
They are supported by Jade Williams, HR Heads’ Executive Assistant.
Jen Gaster
Academic career: BA (Hons) in Business and Criminology at UCE Birmingham followed by a post-graduate MPhil in Criminology at Cambridge University.
She joined a FTSE 250 recruitment business, rising through the ranks to become an Associate Director.
In 2008, Jen founded HR Heads, which specialises in placing senior HR professionals into leadership positions across the UK and Europe.
Since its foundation, HR Heads has achieved significant year-on-year growth, which led to the expansion of Heads Resourcing Group in 2012 to incorporate sister brand Procurement Heads.
Jen specialises in recruiting senior HR roles, including, Chief People Officer, HR Director, Head of HR, Reward, Wellbeing, OD, L&D, Change & Transformation, Business Partners and HR Manager.
Aside from continuing to grow the business, Jen is a qualified Coach, she is involved actively in guest speaking, thought leadership and the development of the recruitment industry.

Rosie Jenkins
Rosie is Senior Manager and Head of Consumer Practice at HR Heads with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Portsmouth University.
She has more than 18 years of multi-sector experience spanning permanent, contract recruitment and executive search.
Rosie specialises in recruiting for HR Directors, Heads of HR, HR Managers, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition and Management, Learning and Development, Reward/Compensation and Benefits, Organisational Design, Employee Engagement/Culture Ambassadors, Employee Relations Specialists and D&I Specialists across the consumer brands' sector.
