Jennifer Gaster

Academic career: BA (Hons) in Business and Criminology at UCE Birmingham followed by a post-graduate MPhil in Criminology at Cambridge University.

Joined a FTSE 250 recruitment business, rising through the ranks to become an Associate Director.

Founder and Director of HR Heads taking the brand to market in May 2008. Specialist in placing Senior HR professionals into leadership positions across the South of the UK. Since then the business has achieved significant year on year growth.

Expanded in 2012 to incorporate sister brand Procurement Heads and employed a further eight members of staff.

Aside from continuing to grow the business, I am a qualified Coach, involved actively in guest speaking, thought leadership and the development of the recruitment industry.

Chris Pestell

Joined a FTSE 250 recruitment business, rising through the ranks to become a Manager within 18 months.

Rosie Jenkins

Rosie is a Senior Manager at HR Heads with a degree in Business Studies from Portsmouth University.

During her degree, she spent a year out in industry at Shell UK where she worked in the HR Department.

She has more than 18 years' multi-sector experience spanning permanent, contract recruitment and executive search.

Most recently Rosie has been Director at an HR recruitment agency for 5 years, specialising in recruiting for HR Directors, Heads of HR, HR Managers, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition and Management, Learning and Development, Reward / Compensation and Benefits, Organisational Design, Employee Engagement / Culture Ambassadors, Employee Relations Specialists and D&I Specialists.

In her spare time Rosie is kept on her toes by her 2 boys and will frequently be found cheering them along on the sidelines of the rugby, football or cricket pitches.

Jo Fowle

Over 15 years’ experience within HR, Learning and Development and HR Recruitment.

Worked for two renowned, market-leading brands within the HR departments.

Spent 5 years working within Financial Services supporting the business with Media and PR.

Following a successful HR career, lived internationally for 4 years raising a young family.

Joined HR Heads as Operations Manager, supporting the senior team with lead generation across the entire geography.

Strong relationship and communication skills underpinned by my extensive HR experience.


James Leslie

A qualified journalist, James Leslie joined Heads Resourcing Group in 2019 as the organisation’s Marketing Manager. 

He has worked across multiple sectors, including, education, charity and the leisure industry.

James holds an honours degree in Modern History from Queen's University in Belfast and is passionate about branding and strategy.

He has contributed to many media outlets, including national print, digital, radio and television and is a keen writer.
