HR Heads was approached by Dionys Forster, MD, for the Sustainable Agriculture Initiative Platform following an introduction by one of their member partners, Unilever. Dionys sought Jen’s expertise to recruit an Interim HR Director to provide key change management support at a pivotal time for the organisation globally.
The brief was clear but challenging – identify a high-potential HR professional with knowledge of member-funded organisations and therefore complex stakeholder-management skills, with strong international experience and the ability to deliver both strategically and operationally. At the time, the market for such talent was highly competitive.
Jen used her extensive interim network to identify a shortlist of candidates who were immediately available and extremely capable. She ultimately secured the ideal candidate who matched the brief in both capability and ambition, and who started on an interim basis for 6 months. The successful candidate has subsequently joined the business permanently, partnering with Dionys as Head of HR & Strategy.
