Interim HR Data Analyst (HRIS Migration Project)
Location: Remote/Hybrid (as required)
Rate: £350 per day (Inside IR35)
Duration: Initial 3-4 month contract with potential extension
Start Date: ASAP
We’re supporting a global organisation undergoing a significant HR systems transformation and are seeking a HR Data Analyst to support the cleansing, validation and migration of HR data from UKG to HiBob.
This is a hands-on project role focused on improving data quality ahead of a global system implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying data discrepancies, cleansing employee records and ensuring data is accurate, consistent and migration-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse employee data across HR systems, spreadsheets and legacy sources.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, including duplicates, inconsistencies and incomplete records.
- Cleanse and standardise HR data, including job titles, organisational structures, locations, employment records and reporting lines.
- Support data mapping and transformation activities from UKG into HiBob.
- Assist with testing, validation and reconciliation activities throughout the migration.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT and project stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and readiness for go-live.
- Support data governance and quality improvement initiatives.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in HR data analysis, ideally supporting an HRIS implementation or migration project.
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Lookups and Power Query.
- Experience cleansing and reconciling large HR data sets.
- Familiarity with UKG and/or HiBob would be advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced project environment.
