Interim HR Generalist / Reward Specialist
£325 per day (Inside IR35)
Central London | Hybrid (2 days per week onsite)
Initial 6-12 Week Contract

We’re supporting a well-known fashion brand in the appointment of an experienced Interim HR Generalist / Reward Specialist to provide additional support during a period of transition within the People function. 

This is a hands-on role combining reward, benefits and payroll responsibilities with broader HR support. You’ll play a key role in maintaining continuity across several important people initiatives while partnering with stakeholders across the business. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support compensation and benefits activity across the organisation. 
  • Drive engagement and understanding of the company’s benefits offering.
  • Manage relationships with external benefits providers and brokers. 
  • Support salary benchmarking, pay reviews and reward projects. 
  • Provide oversight and support for UK and US payroll activity. 
  • Finalise compensation policy documentation for RemCo review. 
  • Support Gender Pay Gap initiatives and wider reward programmes. 
  • Contribute to broader People team projects as required. 

About You We’re interested in speaking with individuals who bring experience from Reward, Compensation & Benefits, HR Generalist or People Partnering environments. 

You’ll ideally have:

  • Strong knowledge of reward, compensation and benefits practices. 
  • Payroll experience, ideally including international payroll exposure. 
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills. 
  • The ability to work independently and deliver at pace. 
  • A pragmatic, hands-on and commercially focused approach. 

Experience of UK and US payroll, Gender Pay Gap reporting, benefits implementation, RemCo papers or sustainability-focused organisations would be advantageous.

Rate: £325 per day (Inside IR35)
