  • Lead and coordinate people activities associated with restructuring, site closures and organisational change projects.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines and action trackers to ensure activity is delivered effectively and on schedule.

  • Conduct employee consultation meetings and provide guidance to operational leaders throughout the process.
  • Prepare and manage all associated documentation including consultation materials, correspondence, meeting records and outcome communications.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, internal policies and best practice throughout change processes.
  • Escalate complex or high-risk cases appropriately whilst providing pragmatic solutions wherever possible.

Redeployment & Retention

  • Identify and coordinate suitable redeployment opportunities for employees impacted by organisational change.

  • Support employees throughout the redeployment process, providing clear guidance and communication.
  • Monitor and report on employee outcomes, including transfers, redeployments, resignations and redundancies.

  • Support consultation and communication plans relating to transfers.
  • Ensure all employee data and documentation is prepared accurately and within required timescales.
  • Act as a key point of contact for employee questions and concerns throughout the transfer process.
  • Identify and manage potential risks, escalating where appropriate.

Programme Management

  • Manage multiple change initiatives simultaneously across different locations.
  • Maintain accurate records, trackers and reporting documentation.
  • Provide regular updates on progress, risks, milestones and outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with HR, Operations, Payroll, Finance and wider business stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of change management processes, documentation and employee experience.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience managing organisational change, restructuring or redundancy programmes.

  • A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with sound judgement and commercial awareness.
  • A willingness to travel regularly across the UK.

Experience within a multi-site environment such as hospitality, retail, leisure, logistics, healthcare or field-based operations would be advantageous.
