We are seeking a Strategic Reward Consultant to join our client’s team on a fixed-term contract basis for 4-6 months. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in designing and implementing reward programs, with a specific focus on share plans, Job Family pay, and grading structures based on job evaluation methodologies, particularly utilizing Willis Towers Watson systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop Reward Strategies: Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and develop comprehensive reward strategies aligned with the organization’s objectives and values.
- Share Schemes Management: Set up administration of employee share scheme.
- Bonus Programs: Design and manage bonus programs that incentivize high performance and reward employees for achieving individual and organizational targets.
- Job Family Framework: Develop a job Family Framework and grading structure.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of existing reward programs, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Compliance and Governance: Stay abreast of relevant regulations and best practices in reward management, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and governance standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR business partners, finance, and other relevant departments to communicate reward initiatives effectively and gain buy-in from key stakeholders.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate key findings, recommendations, and progress updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIPD, CCP) preferred.
- Proven experience as a Reward Consultant or in a similar role, with a focus on share schemes, sales incentive plans, bonuses, and job evaluation methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in using Willis Towers Watson systems for job evaluation and benchmarking.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Strategic mindset with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative reward strategies that drive organizational performance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
- High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance with ethical standards.
