Join Our Team as Reward Lead (Fixed Term: 12 Months)

Based at our client’s headquarters in Basingstoke, you’ll collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation to shape and implement a Total Reward strategy that aligns with our client’s Corporate Plan and People Strategy.

The Role

As a pivotal member of the People team, you’ll work closely with the Head of Reward and alongside the current Reward Lead. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and maintaining compensation infrastructure, overseeing pay cycles, and managing bonus schemes.
  • Conducting job evaluations and integrating roles into grading and job family frameworks.
  • Developing a comprehensive benefits program that caters to our diverse workforce, promoting well-being, and enhancing talent attraction and retention.
  • Researching, proposing, and implementing innovative reward solutions in collaboration with business units and senior leadership.
  • Analysing complex data to provide insights and recommendations for effective decision-making.
  • Contributing to integration projects to streamline processes and ensure cohesion across the newly merged company.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates with:

  • Proven experience in reward management, with expertise in job architecture, pay, benefits, pension, bonus, and recognition.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with complex data sets.
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities, capable of building and nurturing relationships at all levels.
  • Familiarity with job evaluation systems and methodologies, with working knowledge of tools like Willis Towers Watson being advantageous.
  • Exceptional project management and prioritization skills, thriving in fast-paced environments.
