Senior Associate – Reward
Location: UK (Hybrid)
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £65,000 – £83,000

The opportunity
This role sits at the centre of how reward decisions are made, combining analytics, commercial insight, and delivery.
You’ll work across compensation, mobility, and core reward programmes, supporting high-impact initiatives while helping to shape how decisions are modelled, analysed, and implemented.
It’s a broad and visible position with genuine exposure, making it well suited to someone looking to move beyond pure delivery into a role with greater influence and insight.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a key role in developing models across compensation, bonus, and mobility cost analysis, while also building dashboards and reporting, using tools such as Power BI and Excel. to support effective decision-making. A core part of the role will involve analysing complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and ensuring that senior stakeholders receive accurate, timely, and meaningful insight.
Alongside this, you’ll contribute to a range of global initiatives. These include supporting the annual pay review and performance-linked compensation processes, contributing to the optimisation of mobility policies, and being involved in the implementation and enhancement of reward systems. You’ll also play a part in job architecture development and rollout. In doing so, you’ll work closely with HR, Finance, and third parties to ensure delivery is well-coordinated and commercially sound, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes, controls, and ways of working.
From a reward perspective, you’ll be responsible for preparing and validating data for compensation cycles, conducting benchmarking and market analysis, and modelling bonus and incentive outcomes. You’ll also be expected to translate complex data into clear, structured recommendations that support decision-making.
Your involvement in global mobility will focus on supporting assignment cost modelling and scenario analysis, ensuring accurate data tracking and compliance with regulatory requirements, and working with external providers to deliver a consistent employee experience. You’ll also contribute to maintaining appropriate governance and cost control across mobility programmes.

What you’ll bring
You’ll bring experience across reward alongside exposure to at least two end-to-end pay review cycles. You’ll likely have some experience working with job architecture or job evaluation frameworks and will be confident operating in a data-driven environment.
A strong analytical capability is essential, including the ability to work with complex data and derive meaningful insight. You’ll be comfortable using advanced Excel, with exposure to Power BI or VBA considered advantageous. Experience in producing insight-led reporting and dashboards will also be valuable.
In addition, you’ll take a structured, solutions-focused approach to your work, with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage stakeholders effectively. Experience working with external vendors or partners will further support your success in the role.

Why this role
This is particularly well suited to someone operating at Senior Analyst or Associate level who is looking to broaden their exposure and step closer to decision-making.
You’ll gain experience across both reward and global mobility, working on programmes that directly influence pay, organisational structure, and workforce decisions.
