The Brief

US based business launching International HQ in Hampshire requiring an internationally facing HR Business Partner to provide support to that newly created client population and enable growth of the business across the EMEA region.

The Challenge

Start Up Regional Office base with no physical office during initial stages. Conceptual role with true ‘blank page’ remit.  First hire for new international HQ with the brief to recruit and build the leadership team across the EMEA region.  Tight timeframes and limited client availability to conduct the process. Strong brand and US presence, but little known within the UK or EMEA regions other than within medical circles.

Candidate briefing pack developed to enhance brand awareness.  Strategic deep dive talent mapping across medical devices / pharma industries to attract high calibre individuals.
