In the last three months of 2021, job moves hit a record high of 988,000.

During my career as a Recruitment Consultant, I’ve never seen such a buoyant jobs market, with organisations across all sectors, even those hit hardest by the pandemic, recruiting – or trying to recruit – HR talent.

Across Heads Resourcing Group, the team is currently working on more than 120 live roles.

These are simply unprecedented times in the world of recruitment.

In January, permanent white-collar jobs spiked once again, up 28% when compared to the same time last year.

Put that into the wider context of a UK skills crisis at a time when new research from Ipsos reveals that:

  • 29% of British workers have looked for another job
  • 26% have thought about quitting their job
  • 13% have applied for another role
  • 6% have spoken to their employer about resigning

With the top talent in multiple processes and counter-offers for virtually every role being hired, it is no surprise that organisations are struggling to entice talent.

How can professional recruitment agencies like HR Heads help?

2022 is HR Heads’ thirteenth year in business.

In that time, we have developed deep relationships across the world of human resources.

We have gathered an experienced team of Senior Recruiters, who are experts in their field, something backed up by our testimonials and Google reviews.

We have an almost 20,000-strong LinkedIn following of candidates, clients and influencers and we consistently show up on the first page of Google for key search terms used by candidates and organisations to find their next role or hire.

It is, without doubt, a candidate’s market.

If you are looking for advice without obligation and the opportunity to achieve a marginal gain, one of my team would welcome a conversation about how HR Heads can help successfully deliver your next recruitment campaign.
